The mobility card for free public transport was a game-changer! The location next to the train and bus stations made exploring super easy. But those pillows were way too thin for comfort. 😬

Centrally located for sightseeing and convenient transport access.
Our stay was marred by uncomfortable pillows that felt inadequate. The heating in the room was insufficient for the December chill, making our nights rather uncomfortable. Additionally, the breakfast options were disappointing, with stale gluten-free bread and unappetizing vegetables.

What you’ll love and hate
Conveniently located across from transport hubs with a fantastic breakfast featuring local products and delightful staff ready to assist with recommendations for nearby activities.
Rooms have thin towels that feel inadequate and mattress quality issues affect sleep comfort during your stay.

absolutely lovely location right by the train station, but the mattress was so lumpy I felt like I was sleeping on a hill! also, I expected to be treated like royalty, but got no welcome gift, which is a total letdown. and no honey at the breakfast? really? I almost gave you a good review, but just couldn’t.

Convenient location with a warm atmosphere
I had a wonderful three-night stay where the reception was incredibly welcoming and gave great advice on using the BrixenCard for public transport. The room was bright and offered stunning views of Mt Plose, especially during sunrise. I loved lounging in the charming garden by the pool after a day of exploring. One improvement would be to enhance the toilet flushing mechanism as it was a bit tricky.
